Return Process

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original bag or box.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned fashion pieces, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
